1.What types of merchants does TeemoPay support?
TeemoPay only serves registered, legally qualified online
business entities. We focus on digital platforms with high
compliance requirements and do
not
support physical retail, offline stores, tangible goods
sellers, or intermediary collection models.
2.Does TeemoPay support individuals, small businesses, or
startups?
No. TeemoPay is strictly a B2B solution and does not
accept individuals, sole proprietors, or startups without
operational credentials.
3.Which countries or regions does TeemoPay currently
support?
We currently support localized payment services in the
following countries:
- Latin America: Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina
- Asia: Pakistan, Indonesia
- Japan, Korea, and Thailand are under integration and will be available soon.
4.What payment methods are supported?
TeemoPay supports a wide range of local PayIn and PayOut
methods, including:
- Local bank transfers (e.g., SPEI, ACH, PSE, CBU)
- Real-time payment networks (e.g., CoDi, PIX, Transfiya)
- Local e-wallets (e.g., Nequi, MACH, Tenpo, Mercado Pago)
- International card channels (Visa / MasterCard)
5.How long does it take to onboard a merchant?
Typical onboarding process includes:
- KYB Compliance Review: 1–3 business days
- Technical Integration & Testing: 3–10 business days (sandbox environment and full API docs provided)
- Go-Live: Immediately after successful review and testing
6.Does TeemoPay offer a merchant dashboard? What functions
are included?
Yes. All merchants are granted access to a multilingual
dashboard with the following features:
- Real-time transaction monitoring and order tracking
- Payout initiation, status checking, and retries
- Settlement reports and reconciliation tools
- Risk insights and anomaly alerts
- Operation logs and permission management (multi-role supported)
7.Does TeemoPay support high-risk or non-compliant
industries?
No. We do not support the following business types:
- Unlicensed forex, gaming, lending, or investment services
- Entities involved in fraud, money laundering, or excessive chargebacks
- Sites using misleading URLs or proxy landing pages
- Third-party collection or cash-out models
8.Does TeemoPay support payouts to end-users?
Yes. Once approved through compliance review, merchants
can initiate payouts in scenarios such as loan
disbursement, refund processing, or commission payments —
provided the end user has been verified.
9.Can I settle in USD or use digital assets?
USD settlement is available in select markets. If you're
interested in stablecoin options (e.g., USDT), please
consult your account manager for local regulatory
eligibility. TeemoPay does
not
support crypto-to-crypto exchange services — only
fiat-settled environments.
10.Does TeemoPay support multi-currency operations?
Yes. Merchants can be configured with multi-currency
accounts and dedicated virtual balances for
region-specific settlement and reconciliation. Currency
configuration and clearing cycles are subject to
agreement.
11.Can callback IP addresses be whitelisted?
Yes. TeemoPay supports secure callback IP whitelisting for
webhook notifications, ensuring data integrity in
sensitive financial operations.
12.How are transaction status notifications delivered?
All transactions support asynchronous
webhook callbacks. Merchants may configure endpoints to receive updates
for:
- Transaction success / failure / pending
- Risk events triggered
- Chargebacks or disputes
- Scheduled settlement status
13.Are reconciliation tools or reports available?
Yes. Merchants can retrieve real-time data through the
dashboard or APIs, including:
- Daily and monthly reconciliation reports (CSV format)
- Channel-level transaction summaries
- Net receivables and payout flows
- Alerts for unmatched or flagged orders
14.Do APIs support version management?
Yes. All TeemoPay APIs are versioned with change logs and
upgrade support, ensuring backward compatibility and
long-term maintainability for developers.
